• Registration Fee

• Supply Fee

• PTA Dues

• New Student Fee (If applicable)

• Enrollment Agreement

• Current Physical Health Form (Due by 1st day of school)

• Florida Certificate of Immunizations     (Due by 1st day of school)

• Set Up Brightwheel account and complete all information

• Allergies (If applicable)
